These terms govern the use of the Our institution college management system, website, student and staff portals and messaging channels. By using them you agree to these terms.

Accounts and access

• Portal accounts are personal. Keep your login details confidential and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
• You must give accurate information at application and registration and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Use the portals only for your studies or your work with the institution.
• Do not attempt to access other people's records, disrupt the system or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Fees and payments

• Fees are billed as shown on your invoice and fee structure. Payments are recorded against your admission number and a receipt is issued for each payment.
• Overpayments are held as credit on your account or refunded on request in line with the institution's refund policy.

Academic records

Results, attendance and certificates are issued by the institution and the relevant examining bodies. Records shown in the portal are for information; official documents are those issued and stamped by the institution.

Communications

By registering you agree to receive SMS, email and WhatsApp messages about your studies, fees and college notices. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
